Lottery Schedule and Process
On Wednesday, Trust Secretary Lalit Goyal confirmed that the Bhilwara UIT lottery will kick off on September 22, 2025, right after the Shradh Paksh period ends. The draw is timed to coincide with the Navratri festivities, a move the trust says will make the event more accessible for local families who gather during the holidays.
Ravish Srivastava, the appointed lottery officer, met with officials from the Jaipur Development Authority to fine‑tune the procedural details. They agreed on a sequential draw, meaning each residential scheme will have its own dedicated lottery round. This approach, the trust believes, keeps the process transparent and lets applicants see exactly where they stand.
All applications have been sorted into income groups as per the trust’s reservation policy. Low‑income, middle‑income, and high‑income categories will each get a set quota of plots, ensuring that the allocation mirrors the socio‑economic mix of Bhilwara’s population.

Application Surge Across Schemes
With 90,075 applications on the table, the interest in Bhilwara’s new housing projects has exploded. The trust is offering 3,081 plots spread over eight schemes, but demand varies wildly from one area to another.
- Tilak Nagar: 25,727 applications for 956 plots – the hottest spot.
- Patel Nagar Extension: 20,276 applications for 688 plots – strong demand.
- Patel Nagar: 7,623 applications for 350 plots.
- Mohanlal Sukhadia Nagar: 7,574 applications for 300 plots.
- APJ Abdul Kalam Nagar: 4,838 applications for 220 plots.
- Ramprasad Ladhangar: 3,773 applications for 180 plots.
- Nayapur: 1,958 applications for 120 plots.
- Panchvati: 1,958 applications for 120 plots.
Tilak Nagar’s numbers are especially striking—it alone accounts for nearly 28% of all applications. The trust says this reflects both the scheme’s prime location and the attractiveness of its pricing structure.
Applicants will be notified of their draw dates through SMS and email, with the trust promising real‑time updates on its website. For those who don’t win in the first round, a second chance draw is being considered, depending on the final allocation of reserved plots.
As the Navratri season approaches, many locals are hopeful that the lottery will grant them a foothold in Bhilwara’s growing residential market. The trust’s emphasis on transparent sequencing and strict reservation adherence aims to keep the process fair, even as the demand dwarfs the supply.
